A tasting, with some special whiskies from That Boutiquey Whisky Company. With a selected group of whisky friends, we had the opportunity to try a selection of whisky from their new advent calendar. This evening was a complete adventure with a lot of new whiskies and taste experiences. Every whisky was a surprise, each with their own character. One whisky was more lovable than the other.
New whiskies, were nosed, taste and “dissected” by a couple of whisky enthusiasts. It was an amazing, thrilling and exciting evening. I think we all got at least one favourite of the range That Boutique-y Whisky Company has to offer.
Wednesday, October 25, an evening with an attractive foursome from Wemyss Malts. Vanilla Burst, Treacle Chest, Spice King and the Spice King Old Fashioned cocktail. All delivered in one box with one goal, to make it an unforgettable evening for the tasters, one to remember.
They were separated after the delivery for The Old Fashioned was placed into the fridge to cool down.
The Exceptional, when you look up this word in the dictionary, you will find that this means, extremely good or impressive in a way that is unusual, but also more or greater than usual. And let’s not forget, unusual and not likely to happen or exist very often.
This ‘The Exceptional’ Tweet tasting was stunning. I was really looking forward to this night (October 5th at 7pm BST). This night we sampled the 1st edition of the blend, the 2nd edition of the Malt and the 3rd edition of the Grain. These 3 are all bottled in 2016 and created by Don Sutcliffe.
Thursday november 19. It’s very windy outside. But I am cozy inside my house and it is warm, lovely. Tonight was the night of the #CraigellachieTT a Twitter Tasting. Just came home for work, just on time for the start of something warm and cozy. So let’s go and enjoy this with me. I had a great time after a long day at work.
May 11, my birthday. And what better way, to celebrate this day with a fabulous range of whisky.
In the year 1845, the Distillery got it’s name Glenmorangie and Glenmorangie, is Gaelic for “Valley of Peace”.
This evening, we were all enjoying a fabulous and surprising evening with a range of interesting and mysterious whiskies. Just look at the colors in the picture. This evening was spectacular and very absolutely thrilling.
