This Sheepy blended malt is comprised of 19 year old Dalmore, 21 year old Fettercairn and a 25 year old Ardbeg. After mixing these whiskies, for a beautiful wedding… they went on a honeymoon for fifteen years in sherry barrels.

The sheep (Ovis aries) is a cloven hoofed mammal that has been domesticated by humans for wool supply. But this lovely Sheep Dip is here to supply us with Whisky.
Honestly, this whisky was a big surprise. I was a little skeptical about this Sheep. I don’t know why, but something held me back for trying this whisky. Luckily was very wise and gave it a nosing and tasting. This version is quite tasty and pleasantly.
Pleasantly for the my lovely small nose, tongue, lips and frame of mind! Closing your eyes during the nosing and tasting! And count the sheep! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and open! Really nice!
This is a rare Sheep, the Sheep Dip Old Hebridean 1990. Didn’t want to miss this experience, the experience to count sheep in a different way!
