Pickering’s Gin and a Peacocktail

Pickering's Gin

Pickering’s Gin

Pickering’s Gin, a fabulous collection of the perfect gin. I was so pleased that I received a couple of samples to try. It is a different direction, but still connected with Whisky, for they used casks from the whisky regions of Scotland.

I am a fan! And not just of the peacock and their peacocktails. It is just a fabulous Gin for amazing adventures.

This gin has the option to drink it pure, with ice or just mix it in a cocktail. Be creative, you are going to be flabbergasted with the possibilities.

Shake it well and garnish the cocktail with a slice of passion fruit.
The founders Marcus Pickering and Matt Gammell both did a marvelous job. They hand-selected the used barrels from Islay, Speyside, the Highlands, the Lowlands and Islands.

In May 2016, they were ready to roll out their most limited edition to date: Pickering’s Oak Aged Gin. When you are curious and would like to know a bit more, just go Pickering’s Gin for more information.
